Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Find customer to apply Housing Loan and negotiate
  • Follow up with Loan initial review, to be disburse, Loan Disbursement, Loan Paid off and arrear customer.
  • Daily visit Companies and Private House dealer and update the issues that related to Branch Manager.
  • Make good relationship with sale consultant and Borey owner.
  • Explanation about Bank housing loan Guideline to all Borey.
  • Update the Second House Price for Quarter basic and send to Manager.
  • Update other Bank and MFI competitor condition of Home Loan for Quarter Basic and sent to Manager.
  • Support all Branches about Home Loan Processing.
  • Control Agency of Home Loan for Process title deed.
  • Gathering information from Branches, Related Departments, and Update to Manager.
  • Solve the issue that related to home Loan at Branch Site.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • Minimum 2 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  • Willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or Korean;
  • Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
