Conduct review loan and reassessment on client status such as client’s business status, client’s deb, collateral value evolution and other variance that affect to loan quality based on plan and supervise.
Select loan review based on criteria and loan overdue occurred.
Onsite visit branch and client if necessary or required.
Verify the appropriate of loan provided such as loan condition, loan comply to policy, support document, etc.
Oversight the implementation of credit assessment at branch level for evaluate credit compliance.
Find out the root causes of risk exposed and analyze portfolio quality for the future impaction to management.
Recommendation on existing loan reviewed to maintain loan quality proactive for NPL.
Follow up the report responding by branch manager.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelors/ Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or Another quantitative field.
Strong knowledge of the principles of lending.
Experience as Credit Review or any relevant to credit controlling.
Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, others).
Broad knowledge of work methods and credit methodology of the institution.
Broad knowledge of policies, procedures and credit processes.
Knowledge of target segment, institution’s coverage area and work zones.
Strong knowledge in English.
Proactive, flexible and a good team player.
Ability on problem solving and good communication skills.
Good behavior, committed and disciplined.
