Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Regularly update in-flight service standards, procedures, and service manuals to enhance    passenger satisfaction.
  •  Manage and oversee in-flight services (e.g., duty-free sales, onboard retail services).
  • Coordinate with the Service Division to collect passenger feedback and distribute service notices to cabin crew.
  • Provide guidance and support to the service team to ensure excellent customer interactions.
  • Supervise cabin crew performance to maintain service standards, professionalism, and the Cambodian cultural spirit of hospitality.
  • Monitor cabin crew members to ensure appropriate BMI, grooming, and professional appearance.
  • Participate in audits and inspections to evaluate service quality, identify improvements, and implement service recovery when necessary.
  • Attend meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Department GM.

Job Requirements

  •  Have experience in Cabin Crew
  •  Upper-intermediate English proficiency (higher level is an advantage)
  •  Proficiency in computer applications
  •  Knowledge of Civil Aviation Law, Labor Law, and trading regulations
  •  Strong documentation processing skills
  •  Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  •  Teamwork and leadership skills
  •  Familiarity with cabin crew operations, training policies, and procedures
  •  Ability to learn quickly and adapt to organizational standards
  • A unique and flexible work schedule that is not a typical 9-to-5 job.
