Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Develop and execute the IT and Digital Transformation strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, system implementation projects, and process automation programs.
Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user support.
Ensure cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery, backup processes, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
Plan, manage, and monitor IT and digital project portfolios, budgets, timelines, and resources.
Define business requirements, evaluate solutions, and coordinate with vendors for implementation.
Drive innovation through digital platforms, mobile applications, automation tools, and data solutions.
Establish IT policies, procedures, governance standards, and service-level agreements.
Monitor system performance and operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and coach IT team members while promoting a culture of innovation and service excellence.
Prepare management reports and present technology road-maps, risks, and project updates.
Collaborate with all departments and external partners to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Support other business or non-business projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project management, Marketing, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in digital projects or the insurance sector
Knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and project workflows
Experience with internal teams and external vendors
Strong computer skills; proficient in project management and office software
Good time management and ability to resolve issues under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer
Able to lead projects independently and meet tight deadlines
