Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Infrastructure Management:

    • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, POS (Point of Sale) systems, networks, and hardware/software systems across all store locations.

  • Cybersecurity & Data Protection:

    • Ensure the security of all digital assets through effective cybersecurity practices.

    • Monitor and manage data protection protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • System Uptime & Reliability:

    • Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Lead IT support operations to resolve technical issues swiftly.

    • Provide training and assistance to staff on software/hardware usage and best practices.

  • Vendor Coordination:

    • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment and services.

  • Technology Implementation:

    • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance store operations and boost overall efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT management, preferably in retail or multi-location environments.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, POS systems, networks, and cybersecurity protocols.

  • Experience in vendor management and project implementation.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
