Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT-related activities, including network, server, and systems administration.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems and services.
  • Implement upgrades and patches as needed.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage IT support staff and system administrators.
  • Set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee development.
  • Promote a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee IT projects from planning through execution and support.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor and Budget Management:
  • Manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor and control the IT budget; make cost-effective technology recommendations.
• Technical Support Oversight:
  • Ensure timely and efficient technical support to end-users.
  • Analyze support tickets and implement solutions to reduce recurring issues.

•    Degree holder with major in IT or relate field.
•    At least 5 years’ experience with service.
•    Knowledge Microsoft Window server, Cisco product and other programs.
•    Knowledge MS SQL server and VB.net 
•    Knowledge and experiences in windows network environment.
•    Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees and superiors.
•    Good problem-solving skill.
