A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Handle monthly sales target following GHc objective.
  • To maintain business growth MTD and YTD following GHc goal.
  • Following Daily call plan and monthly routine plan properly.
  • Ensure product availability and brand visibility.
  • Manage existing and recruit for new outlets.
  • Maintain and improve sales performance following sales KPIs such as active store, productivity, outlets coverage to build strong distribution channel under territory assigning.
  • Product listing by brand and SKUs.
  • Implementation key initiative program to meet the objective and expectation.
  • Propose for key action plan to improve and gain more sales volume.
  • Market observation and competitor updated.
  • Prepare daily sales report and other report in require.
  • Another task assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in sales and distribution channel.
  • Good personality.
  • Strong in communication skill.
  • Customer management and problem-solving skill.
  • Willing to learn, new challenging, and growth.
  • Experience from FMCG is priority.
