Legal Advisory & Support

• Provide legal advice to management and subsidiaries on corporate, commercial, labor, finan-cial, banking, and real estate matters.

• Support legal risk assessment and provide practical legal solutions.
• Assist management in decision-making from a legal perspective.
Contract Drafting & Review
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including:
• Contracts and agreements
• MOUs
• NDAs
• Service agreements
• Employment contracts
• Lease and real estate agreements
• Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Corporate & Regulatory Matters
• Handle corporate secretarial matters:
• Company registration and amendments
• Licenses and permits
• Board and shareholder resolutions
• Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, notaries, and external lawyers.
• Support regulatory submissions and compliance requirements.
Compliance & Legal Control
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on impact.
• Support compliance reviews, audits, and inspections.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
