Legal Advisory & Support
• Provide legal advice to management and subsidiaries on corporate, commercial, labor, finan-cial, banking, and real estate matters.
• Support legal risk assessment and provide practical legal solutions.• Assist management in decision-making from a legal perspective.Contract Drafting & Review• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including:• Contracts and agreements• MOUs• NDAs• Service agreements• Employment contracts• Lease and real estate agreements• Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws and company policies.Corporate & Regulatory Matters• Handle corporate secretarial matters:• Company registration and amendments• Licenses and permits• Board and shareholder resolutions• Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, notaries, and external lawyers.• Support regulatory submissions and compliance requirements.Compliance & Legal Control• Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws, regulations, and internal policies.• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on impact.• Support compliance reviews, audits, and inspections.• Maintain proper filing and documentation
