A Great Opportunity for ...
ABOUT DICHI Academy
DICHI Academy is a leading tech training provider delivering expert-led capacity building with globally recognised curriculums. We equip Cambodia's next generation of digital professionals with practical skills through specialised programs spanning Full Stack Development, Data Science, Data Analytics, UX/UI Design, Data-driven Digital Marketing, and Database Management.
We are building our own Learning Practice Management System (LPMS) — the platform our learners, trainers, and partners work inside every day. That means our content is no longer just slide decks and handouts. It is structured, modular, media-rich, and engineered to live inside a product.
We are hiring the people who will build it.
THE ROLE
As a Learning Innovation Specialist, you sit at the intersection of education, technology, and content production. You will research what the market actually demands, translate it into structured learning modules, and produce the materials — including AI-assisted video — that those modules are made of, all designed from day one to be integrated into our LPMS.
This is not a traditional curriculum-admin role. You will be expected to understand the technical subject matter you are building for, use modern tooling (including AI) to produce content at speed, and think in systems rather than one-off documents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Learning Design & Module Architecture
• Design course outlines, learning objectives, and competency frameworks for our tech programs
• Structure lesson plans, learning pathways, and module sequencing that map to real job outcomes
• Break content into modular, reusable components built for delivery inside the LPMS
• Design assessments, practical exercises, and project-based work that prove genuine capability
Content & Video Production
• Produce course materials: case studies, hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and datasets for practice
• Script, storyboard, and produce module videos — including with AI video generation and synthesis tools
• Build slide decks, visual explainers, and supporting documentation for instructors and learners
• Maintain a consistent content standard, tone, and quality bar across every module we ship
Platform Integration (LPMS)
• Work with our product and engineering teams to get content into the LPMS in the right structure and format
• Define content templates, metadata, and tagging so modules are searchable, reusable, and trackable
• Use learner data and platform feedback to identify weak modules and improve them
• Test and pilot new content formats — interactive, video-first, adaptive — on the platform
Research & Market Intelligence
• Track emerging technology, tooling, and hiring trends to keep our curriculum ahead of the market
• Analyse job postings and employer skill demands to keep course content genuinely job-relevant
• Benchmark our programs against global standards and leading providers
• Work with industry practitioners and partner organisations to validate curriculum relevance
