Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Data Collection & Management

  • Gather data from internal systems (sales, customers, operations)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation
  • Maintain databases and reporting tools                                                                                                                                                

2. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends
  • Identify patterns and provide actionable insights
  • Support data-driven decision-making for business teams                                                                                                                 

3. Market Research

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences
  • Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth                                                                                                                                      

4. Reporting & Visualization

  • Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Present findings clearly to management                                                                                                                                                 

5. Customer Insights

  • Analyze customer segmentation, behavior, and purchasing trends
  • Support marketing campaigns with customer data insights
  • Recommend strategies to improve customer experience and retention                                                                                   

6. Business Support

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams
  • Provide data support for campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies
  • Support new store planning and expansion analysis                                                                                                                         

7. Performance Monitoring

  • Track KPIs and business performance metrics
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3years of experience in data analysis or market research
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
  • Knowledge of retail or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills
