- Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating internal regulations and procedures related to fintech, e-wallets, payment services, and financial services.
- Draft, review, assess, and manage commercial contracts, cooperation agreements, and contracts with partners, merchants, and agents.
- Provide legal advice to the Management Board and departments regarding legal risks related to business operations, products, and marketing activities.
- Monitor and update legal regulations related to finance, banking, fintech, and customer data protection.
- Coordinate with government authorities and partner organizations when legal issues arise.
- Participate in handling legal disputes and complaints, when applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience in corporate legal affairs; experience in fintech, finance, banking, or telecommunications is preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and labor law; knowledge of compliance is an advantage.
- Careful, highly responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, advisory, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
