  • Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales and marketing team.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analyses for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations and timely product distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
  • Assist management in implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow the business

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline.
  • Willing and able to travel as required.
  • Proven experience in team supervision or management.
  • Age between 25 and 35 years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
