● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.● Proven experience in sales, business development, or supervising a sales team.● Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.● Able to analyze sales data and use it to improve performance.● Confident, organized, and able to work under pressure.● Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.● Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
