Job Description

1. Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of retail marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches, and in‑store activations
  • Ensure all marketing activities follow brand guidelines and approved messaging

2. Retail & Trade Marketing

  • Coordinate store‑level promotions to increase customer traffic and sales
  • Ensure proper installation and maintenance of POSM (posters, banners, displays, standees)
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution quality and brand consistency

3. Campaign Management

  • Manage marketing campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Coordinate multi‑channel promotions (in‑store, digital, social media, OOH, events)
  • Track campaign effectiveness and prepare post‑campaign performance reports

4. Team Supervision

  • Supervise and support Marketing Officers, Executives, or Coordinators
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Provide on‑the‑job guidance and coaching to improve team performance

5. Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers, printers, media agencies, event organizers, and suppliers
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed quality, cost, and timelines
  • Support quotation comparison, cost negotiation, and invoice verification

6. Budget & Cost Control

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and controlling campaign expenses
  • Track marketing spending and ensure activities stay within approved budgets
  • Maintain clear documentation for expenses, approvals, and audits

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and activity summaries
  • Analyze customer response, footfall, sales impact, and campaign ROI
  • Provide recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness

8. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and HR teams
  • Support new store openings, special events, and business initiatives
  • Perform other marketing‑related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer business
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of retail and consumer marketing
  • Good project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel to retail locations
