- Supervise daily MEP works (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) on site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for the MEP Manager or Project Manager.
- Ensure smooth operation of facilities by monitoring equipment performance, maintenance needs, and staff performance.
- Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks are carried out according to approved schedules and task lists, and report additional works required.
- Monitor technicians’ daily activities and job completion.
- Conduct routine inspections of works completed by technicians and service partners.
- Oversee and perform maintenance and repair works when required.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive issues and helpdesk requests.
- Review work orders, checklists, and other documentation to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
- Evaluate staff performance and carry out disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Supervise works to ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Inspect ongoing and completed works to confirm standards are met.
- Be available on a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations during and after working hours.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
- Excellent technical skills to recognize electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Khmer
