Oversee parts sales, inventory control, and merchandise revenue
Supervise warranty claims, PDI processes, and body & paint shop operations
Train, evaluate, and coach service advisors and technicians to improve performance and customer service
Monitor departmental KPIs, gross profit, and generate performance reports
Develop service retention programs, customer follow-up processes, and aftersales marketing initiatives
Plan and execute sales promotions and collaborate with marketing teams
Ensure safety, risk management, attendance tracking, and compliance with company policies
