Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Overseeing network performance and capacity and report to related team;
  • Indentifying potential network problems and alterting the correct personnel;
  • Diagnosing network errors;
  • Provision and activate the serivce offering to customers;
  • Troubleshooting network issue for customers;
  • Faulty identification of network problems, and fast rectification by coordinating with vendors and field engineers;
  • Monitor, maintain, service availability for customers;
  • Interface with partner, provider or related department to solve network issue;
  • Monitor main link of fiber customers (OLT, Switch or router)
  • Day-to-day technical operation activities and support customers
  • Closely monitor network operation and follow up with customers with specific time;
  • Ensure network quality and minimize impact customers businesses;
  • Network Technical support for customers 24/7 hours (follow monthly schedule);
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issue to related departments for customers and network issue
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issue involving internet connectivity email clients, VOIP, IPTV, CCTV;
  •  Support with customers service, call center, sales
  • Observe and solve complaint from customers;
  • Record engineer activity to operate in network record all network and server status

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 1 or 2 years experience in IT network or related fields.
  • Understanding and able to monitor network system.
  • Flexible and curiosityGood written and spoken English
