Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Administrative Support

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain administrative documents, reports, contracts, and filing systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to mall operations
  • Prepare monthly operational reports and meeting minutes

2. Mall Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate daily operational activities with tenants, security, cleaning, and maintenance teams
  • Support tenant onboarding, renewal, and offboarding administrative processes
  • Monitor tenant compliance with mall rules, policies, and operating procedures

3. Tenant & Customer Support

  • Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding operational issues and requests
  • Assist in resolving tenant complaints or operational concerns
  • Support customer service activities related to mall operations

4. Compliance & Monitoring

  • Support inspections related to hygiene, safety, fire protection, and mall standards
  • Record operational issues and follow up corrective actions with relevant departments
  • Assist in enforcing mall operating hours and regulations

5. Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Liaise with Finance, Leasing, Marketing, HR, and Engineering teams
  • Support operational events, promotions, and mall activities

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, retail operations, mall management, or related areas
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail/mall operations are encouraged to apply
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prepare reports and documentation
  • Professional attitude and teamwork-oriented
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required
  • Honest, proactive, and service-minded
