Job Summary
Support the procurement and maintenance teams in coordinating purchase requests, supplier follow-up, and routine maintenance support for retail operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in preparing purchase requests, comparing quotations, and tracking approvals.
● Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, services, and documents.
● Coordinate maintenance requests, service schedules, and issue escalation with vendors.
● Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier information.
● Support inventory checks and help monitor stock levels for operational needs.
● Communicate with internal teams to resolve procurement and maintenance concerns.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
● 0-2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, maintenance support, or admin.
● Good communication and coordination skills with a service-minded attitude.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh and coordinate with vendors across departments.
● Honest, proactive, and willing to learn in a retail operations environment.
