Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  •  Lead the team to work productivity to Improve revenue for the company;
  •   Develop sales & marketing plans;
  •   Developing and implementing growth strategies;
  •   Creating and managing the budgets and control P& L for the company;
  •   Evaluating performance productivity;
  •   Analyzing accounting and financial data;
  •   Generating reports and giving presentations;
  •   Researching and identifying growth opportunities; 
  •   Provide overall direction for the project and management agent operations on a daily basis in accordance with the approved strategic plan;
  •   Ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place and are being used;
  •   Ensure that all staffs are well-training and build their capacity for the company in long term;
  •   To manage and initiate an escalation process for any defects to the Asset Management / Property Management;
  •   Ensure that staffs complete all mandatory records and reporting processes;
  •   Any other duty/task as and when assigned by top management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 3-5 years as Operation manager with regional exposure and culturally diversified environment;
  • 3 -5-year Operation manager in property development;
  • Expatriate can speak English or Chinese.
