Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. 

  • Monitor sales, shrinkage, markdown, inventory, and store performance data. 

  • Analyze sales trends and provide insights to support business decisions. 

  • Prepare festive sales, hamper sales, and promotional performance reports. 

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities. 

  • Maintain store operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

  • Prepare management presentations and reports in English and Khmer. 

  • Support audits by providing operational data and required documentation. 

  • Coordinate new store projects and operational improvement initiatives. 

  • Oversee administrative activities, including expenses, purchase requests, and related paperwork. 

  • Supervise inventory control and reporting activities. 

  • Coordinate work assignments and support communication between Store Support Centre and stores. 

  • Maintain Operations organization charts and workforce records. 

  • Participate in employee engagement, team building, and company committees. 

  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, reporting, administration, or retail support.
  • Strong skills in analysis, reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Good English and Khmer communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Retail operations experience is a plus.
