Job Description

The Operation Manager will oversee and lead the daily operations of the Busing Project, ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation services, efficient resource management, and compliance with company policies. This role requires strategic planning, problem-solving, and operational execution to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

•Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day bus transportation operations.
•Coordinate schedules, routes, and driver assignments to maximize fleet efficiency.
•Monitor and control operational expenses and budgeting for the Busing Project.
•Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and transportation laws.
•Lead and manage operations staff, including drivers, supervisors, and dispatchers.
•Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve service performance.
•Track and report KPIs such as on-time performance, fuel usage, and route efficiency.
•Work closely with other departments (HR, Maintenance, Customer Service) for integrated operations.
•Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively.
•Report regularly to senior management with insights and improvement plans.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or operational management.
•Proven experience managing teams and operational workflows.
•Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools is an advantage.
•Good communication in Khmer and English; Vietnamese is a plus.
•High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
