* Source and purchase products from overseas suppliers.* Communicate and negotiate with international suppliers regarding pricing, quality, lead time, and payment terms.* Prepare and process purchase orders and monitor shipment schedules.* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.* Track import documentation and ensure compliance with import regulations.* Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams.* Evaluate supplier performance and develop long-term business relationships.* Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in overseas procurement, import/export, or international purchasing.* Good command of English (spoken and written); Chinese language skills are an advantage.* Strong negotiation and communication skills.* Good knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping procedures, and import documentation.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
