● Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.● Process purchase requests, prepare POs, and follow up on deliveries to meet operational needs.● Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and service quality.● Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and ensure smooth stock availability.● Track inventory levels, verify invoices and receipts, and support accurate procurement records.● Assist with budget control, cost-saving initiatives, and compliance with purchasing procedures.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.● Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support, preferably in hospitality.● Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.● Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable using procurement systems.● Able to work in Phnom Penh and handle a fast-paced hotel environment.● Honest, proactive, and capable of coordinating effectively with different departments.
