Job Description

● Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
● Process purchase requests, prepare POs, and follow up on deliveries to meet operational needs.
● Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and service quality.
● Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and ensure smooth stock availability.
● Track inventory levels, verify invoices and receipts, and support accurate procurement records.
● Assist with budget control, cost-saving initiatives, and compliance with purchasing procedures.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.
● Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support, preferably in hospitality.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
● Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable using procurement systems.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh and handle a fast-paced hotel environment.
● Honest, proactive, and capable of coordinating effectively with different departments.
