Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Data Management & Product Setup

  • Maintain and update product information in the system (SKU, pricing, category, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy of product data and records
  • Assist with new product listing and barcode setup                                                                                                                           

2. Purchase & Vendor Coordination

  • Support purchase order preparation and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams
  • Follow up on product deliveries and updates                                                                                                                                       

3. Pricing & Promotion Support

  • Assist in updating product pricing and promotional prices
  • Ensure accuracy of prices in the system and stores
  • Support execution of promotional plans

4. Inventory Coordination                                                                                                                                                                   

  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning
  • Coordinate with warehouse and stores for stock availability
  • Assist in resolving stock discrepancies                                                                                                                                                        

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare merchandising reports (sales, stock, product performance)
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Support data analysis for decision-making                                                                                                                                             

6. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work with procurement, marketing, finance, and store operations teams
  • Support new product launches and category development
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between departments                                                                                                           

7. Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure all merchandising processes follow company policies
  • Maintain accuracy in documentation and system updates
  • Support audit requirements and internal controls

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or admin role
  • Strong MS Excel skills and data management ability
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment                                                                                                                                    Data entry and management
