Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards according to business requirements.

• Create data models and perform data transformation using Power Query (M) and DAX.

• Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, etc.).

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

• Optimize data models and dashboards for performance and usability.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Power BI reports.

• Maintain and support existing Power BI reports and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Implement row-level security (RLS) and user access control for dashboards.

• Stay updated with Power BI updates, best practices, and new features.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in BI development with a focus on Power BI.

• Proven experience in data visualization and creating intuitive dashboards.

• Experience with SQL and writing complex queries.

• Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query).

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service).

• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

• Experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience with Excel and advanced data analytics.
