  • To Identity opportunities for new parts, upgrades, or rationalization
  • To monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • To ensure high availability of critical spore parts
  • To collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams
  • To improve lead times and supply reality
  • To define pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margins
  • Analyze historical sales and usage patterns.
  • Forecast demand to support production and procurement planning
  • Support sale team teams with product expertise and parts solutions
  • Work with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical, spare parts product and related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in automotive, technical and spare parts product
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and supervisory skills
  • Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-oriented
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 6. Willing to work hard, honest and integrity
  • Effective verbal (English), listening and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
