We are seeking a proactive and flexible "Multi-Language Coordinator" with strong communication skills in Cambodian, English, and Chinese to join our client company.
The ideal candidate will serve as a versatile "Jack of All Trades," facilitating coordination between our Regional Asia Office and local factories, ensuring timely and accurate daily quality reports, overseeing production schedules, conducting monthly stock counts, and conducting factory tours with comprehensive checklists.

Daily tasks:

• Coordination between Regional Asia Office and local factories
• Ensuring accurate Daily Quality reports are shared on time (DDR /DPR /Wastage)
• Ensuring productions schedules are met / reporting to Asia team
• Monthly stock count (products / raw materials)
• Factory tour with Checklist (making sure factory use agreed PCP / follow up from Asia visit

Regional Asia Office support: Development

• Eye on the ground for trials when respective specialist is unable to attend
• Gathering samples / ensuring labelling is correct
• Trial feedback is shared / complete / documented
• Review potential costing issues (confirm actual production process steps)

Production / Quality

• Lead time control
• Visual inspection, ensure presence in factory

Continuous improvement

• Wastage control (flash / mixing issues...)
• Analysis of local rejects / finding trends / root cause analysis
• Follow up on compliance under the Management’s direction
• Knowledge of local laws (compliance on Cambodian factories and the company standards)

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At  least 2–3 years of relevant experience in production, quality assurance, or factory operations. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. 
• Proficient in Khmer, English, and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Cambodian factory laws and compliance standards is essential.
