Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervise daily food production and packaging operations.
  • Ensure products meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
  • Train, guide, and motivate production staff for efficiency and performance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Collaborate with warehouse, QC, and logistics teams to optimize operations.
  • Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflow.

Job Requirements

  • • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Production, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing supervision.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer; English is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
  • Familiarity with production management or ERP systems is a plus.
