The Supervisor, Content Production plays a key leadership role within the Brand Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, Brand Marketing, this position is responsible for overseeing the execution of multimedia content strategies and supervising a team of two Executive, Content Producers. The role ensures high-quality production
across all content formats and platforms, aligning with brand messaging and supporting marketing campaign objectives.


JOB SCOPE

  • Supervise, mentor, and coach Content Producers in the end-to-end execution of content projects, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality control of multimedia content (e.g.,video, podcasts, social media content) across campaigns.
  • Support the Manager, Brand Marketing in developing and implementing seasonal and campaign-based content plans aligned with brand strategies.
  • Oversee content production workflows, including scriptwriting, filming coordination, editing, and publishing, ensuring high-quality outputs and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with the Brand, Design, and Digital teams to deliver cohesive and integrated marketing communications.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet WPT’s standards, conduct reviews and approvals, and submit weekly/monthly reports to the Manager, Brand Marketing.
  • Identify emerging content trends, platforms, and production tools to continuously improve content creation processes and audience engagement.
  • Ensure all content produced complies with copyright, legal, ethical, and internal branding standards.
  • Other tasks as assigned by line managers.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, or related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.

MS Office and Software

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut), basic photography/video skills, social media tools, and project management platforms.

Other Skills

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and storytelling ability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
