- Supervise and monitor daily production processes to meet efficiency and quality targets while maximizing output.- Plan and manage the production schedule and workforce effectively.- Address technical issues and prepare for machine maintenance to minimize downtime.- Oversee and ensure product quality through Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).- Promote safety, high-performance standards, teamwork, discipline, and the 5S methodology in the workplace.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Production, Packaging, Food Processing- 5-7 years of experience from Manufacturing or Production- Experience from FMCG and Manufacturing is advantage- Be able to work at Bokor Mountain
