To develop and maintain card system (International Card) responding business’s need. This position requires working closely with vendor and stakeholder in order to achieve the final product as user required.
To develop and delivery projects as a tech lead.
Prepare clear plan of action to the team and project stakeholder.
Involve with IT business analysis team and vendor to analyst system requirement and to provide system analysis, impact analysis and proposed solution to requester.
To implement/maintain international payment system such as VISA/MC/NBC CSS/UPI/E-Commerce… as required by company.
To provide timely system support to the end users in regard to card system inquiries/issues to ensure smooth card operations.
To prepare/manage SIT, UAT and Pre-production activities with vendor and project stakeholder.
To monitor all international payment system integration connectivity and transaction such as VISA/MC/UPI/E-Commerce etc.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in card system, or relevant experiences.
Strong research skill.
Basic understanding of banking operation, ATM/CRM features, switching and component.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of software security.
Strong verbal & interpersonal skills.
