Job Description

Manage and maintain all school properties, facilities, and assets.
Develop preventive maintenance plans and conduct regular facility inspections.
Oversee interior design, fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
Manage contractors and vendors, including contract negotiation and performance.
Monitor project budgets, costs, quality, timelines, and handover.
Optimize school space planning to support learning and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with safety, building, and safeguarding requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Property Management, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in property, facilities, asset management, or construction project management.
Strong experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
Good knowledge of MEP, building standards, safety, and space planning.
Strong project management, budgeting, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good English communication skills; Khmer and/or Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities/asset management systems; AutoCAD is an advantage.
