The purpose of this role is to be responsible for listings (properties) on Realestate.com.kh. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of listings, as well as organizing and presenting them in a user-friendly and engaging way for property seekers that visit our websites & APPS. Making realestate.com.kh the best platform to find property for sale & rent.

គោលបំណងនៃតួនាទីនេះ គឺទទួលខុសត្រូវលើការចុះបញ្ជីអចលនទ្រព្យនៅលើគេហទំព័រ Realestate.com.kh។ ធានានូវភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ និងគុណភាពនៃការចុះបញ្ជី ព្រមទាំងរៀបចំ និងបង្ហាញព័ត៌មានអចលនទ្រព្យឱ្យមានរបៀបរៀបរយ ងាយស្រួលមើល និងទាក់ទាញសម្រាប់អ្នកស្វែងរកអចលនទ្រព្យដែលចូលមើលគេហទំព័រ និងកម្មវិធីទូរស័ព្ទ (Apps) របស់យើង។ ធ្វើឱ្យ realestate.com.kh ក្លាយជាវេទិកាដ៏ល្អបំផុតក្នុងការស្វែងរកអចលនទ្រព្យសម្រាប់លក់ និងជួល។

Responsible for:

• Working directly with landlords.
• Obtain listings for sale & rent.
• Negotiating with landlords on commission terms, to hang banners up on the fence, to convince landlords to get the best price for sale & rent, and negotiate to get exclusive listings.
• Take quality photography of listings, including drone images and video, and video walkthrough.

ទំនួលខុសត្រូវ

• ធ្វើការដោយផ្ទាល់ជាមួយម្ចាស់អចលនទ្រព្យ (ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ/ម្ចាស់ដី)
• ស្វែងរក និងប្រមូលទិន្នន័យអចលនទ្រព្យសម្រាប់លក់ និងជួល
• ចរចាជាមួយម្ចាស់អចលនទ្រព្យលើលក្ខខណ្ឌប្រាក់កម្រៃជើងសារ (Commission), ការព្យួរផ្ទាំងបដាផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅលើរបង, ចរចាបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលម្ចាស់អចលនទ្រព្យឱ្យទទួលបានតម្លៃល្អបំផុតសម្រាប់លក់ និងជួល ព្រមទាំងចរចាដើម្បីទទួលបានសិទ្ធិលក់ផ្ដាច់មុខ (Exclusive listings)
• ថតរូបភាពអចលនទ្រព្យឱ្យមានគុណភាពខ្ពស់ ព្រមទាំងវីដេអូនាំមើលទិដ្ឋភាពអចលនទ្រព្យ (Video walkthrough)

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate listing, property data collection, or field onboarding.
• Proven ability to prospect, approach, and negotiate directly with landlords and property owners.
• Basic photography and video skills for high-quality property walkthroughs.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Own personal transportation for daily field property visits
