● Handle room reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.● Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and online channels in a timely manner.● Confirm bookings, update system records, and ensure reservation details are correct.● Coordinate with front office and other teams to support smooth guest arrivals.● Assist guests with special requests and provide clear information on hotel services.● Monitor availability, report booking issues, and maintain strong service standards.

● Experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service preferred.● Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.● Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.● Familiar with reservation systems, MS Office, and basic computer applications.● Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong guest service mindset.● Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
