● Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.● Proven experience in a management role, preferably in healthcare, clinic, or service business.● Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.● Good understanding of operations, customer service, and performance management.● Ability to analyze business results and make practical decisions to improve outcomes.● Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.● Experience handling staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative processes.● Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
