This strategic role drives revenue expansion across traditional retail, online sales platforms, and affiliate channels while building and managing high-performing distribution partnerships. You will be responsible for market penetration, partner relationships, and operational excellence across all sales channels.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of proven sales and distribution experience in cosmetics, skincare, and/or FMCG industries
  • Age: 27 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling affiliate networks and managing diverse distribution channels
  • Strong data-driven decision-making capability
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels
