Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Deliver high-level customer service and professional consultation to both property owners and potential buyers
  • Source, onboard, and manage property listings to ensure a strong and competitive portfolio
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and customer databases
  • Promote listings through both offline and digital channels (e.g., social media, property platforms)
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals effectively
  • Monitor and report customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
  • Ensure accuracy of property details including pricing, unit size, availability, and key selling points
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and listing reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to support sales activities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project knowledge
  • Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned
  • Managing diverse clients including property owners and buyers with different expectations
  • Balancing both sales targets and listing acquisition responsibilities
  • Competing in a fast-moving and highly competitive real estate market
  • Ensuring accuracy and reliability of listing information in a dynamic environment
  • Sales performance (volume and value)
  • Number and quality of property listings secured
  • Customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Accuracy of property and client data
  • Effectiveness in communication and deal closing
  • Problem-solving and responsiveness

Job Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or higher

Professional Experience

    • At least 1-year experience as a sales or marketing officer

Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of real estate industry and sales technology
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Good knowledge of company structure and basic operation

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong oral, writing and presentation skills in Khmer and English (Chinese a plus)
  • Good leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments
  • Good command of office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Other Requirements

  • Honest, hard-working, friendly, organized, and results-driven attitudes
  • Willingness to learn and practice new skills
