What You'll Do

  • Welcome and advise customers, delivering a warm, personalized, and premium shopping experience.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and team KPIs by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Represent the brand professionally and build customer loyalty through excellent service and personalized attention.
  • Operate POS and handle transactions accurately, including cash, card, foreign currency, and duty-free procedures where applicable.
  • Maintain excellent store standards, including merchandising, product availability, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
  • Follow airport security, safety, operational, and internal procedures while working effectively in a multicultural team.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum high school diploma; sales or customer service training is a plus
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in duty-free, travel retail, or luxury/high-end retail
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Chinese is an advantage
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented, with the ability to work with KPIs
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong team spirit in a multicultural environment
