Key Responsibilities
● Approach and engage potential clients to introduce property offerings and project benefits.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
● Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions to support sales growth.
● Follow up on leads, conduct sales presentations, and guide customers through the buying process.
● Meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and closing.
● Use CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, records, and sales updates.
● Represent the company professionally and support promotional activities when required.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Customer-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
● Ability to work under pressure and handle objections confidently.
● Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
● Good command of both English and Khmer.
● Flexible and willing to travel when required.
● Experience in retail, banking, real estate, or insurance sales is a plus.
● Social media or digital sales experience is an added advantage.
