Job Summary
Join PHUMSAKURA LAND CITY DEVELOPMENT Co.,Ltd as a Senior Sales Administration Officer in Phnom Penh. You will support smooth property sales operations by managing documents, tracking transactions, coordinating across teams, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and process sales agreements, booking forms, contracts, and related documents.
● Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and transaction files.
● Coordinate with sales agents, finance, legal, and project teams to support smooth sales flow.
● Monitor payment schedules, unit availability, and overall sales progress.
● Prepare sales reports and assist management with sales data analysis and updates.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and real estate regulations.
● Provide guidance and support to junior sales administration staff as needed.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the real estate industry.
● Strong knowledge of sales documentation and property transaction processes.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data management.
● Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
● Able to coordinate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
