Develop and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a performance-driven culture.
Identify new business opportunities across local and regional markets (modern trade, e-commerce, etc).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Oversee sales forecasting, budget planning and P&L responsibility for the sales division.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and all other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of sales leadership experience in FMCG/beverage/consumer goods, with proven track record in driving growth.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing large teams and multi-channel distribution.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
