The sales executive will be responsible provide polite & prompt customer’s service. To do so, he/ she will learn about brand Key Selling Points and product’s benefits to maximize the impact of speech

  • Take orders from in-call customers
  • Outcall orders and satisfaction check with existing customers
  • CRM, keep customer data record in a organized manner
  • Collect customer feedback, before & after
  • Achieve sales targets and resolve customers’ issues
  • Help daily orders preparation and handover to delivery team
