• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.• Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate with clients.• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.• Support and guide junior sales team members when required.• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.• Proven experience in achieving sales targets.• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Good customer relationship and problem-solving skills.• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.• Good command of Khmer and English.• Able to work independently and as part of a team.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
