Position Objectives:  Sales Food Executive is responsible for daily call, actual sales, maintain long term relationship with existing and new customers in modern trade.

  • Maintains Customer relationship by visiting off customer, communicate and collect information from customers.
  • Enhances accomplishments and competence by giving solutions answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
  • Supervises Sales to ensure that they perform their duties and responsibilities properly and efficiently.
  • Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or freshness – dated products, tidying store shelves, providing optimum display of product.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in food & beverage sales, FMCG, import/export, or distribution industry
  • Honest, royalty, reliable and committed
  • Good at marketing research
  • Patience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Commercial awareness
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills and strong problems solving skill
  • Self-confidence and motivation
  • Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets
  • Knowledge of English and PC skill (office, internet)
