  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan, expand customer base and ensure its strong present.
  • Develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans and budget.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends and competition.
  • To establish and maintain excellent relationship with Customers, business partners, suppliers and contractors.
  • Proactively engage customers in strategic directions and initiate appropriate strategies in product development works.
  • Keep Management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5-year working experiences in sale, management, preferable in food and beverage.
  • Creative ideas of marketing, sales techniques and concepts.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
  • Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Good sense of leadership supervisory and coaching skills.
  • Good command in English & Khmer both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge in computer programs, MS office, PowerPoint, Email & Internet.
  • Be able to work in the field including weekends.
  • Dynamic, hands-on and committed to work long hours to deliver results
  • Have integrity and good leadership qualities coupled with leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and yet be a team player
  • Can be contactable after work hours and weekends
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability to ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier
  • Collaboration work with teams of all levels
