An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Cross-Business Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for all business units (Clinics, Dental Material Supplies, Jewelry, and Beauty Centers).
  • Wholesale & Retail Growth: Drive revenue growth across both wholesale distribution (dental materials) and retail channels (clinics, jewelry, and beauty centers).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and align the sales teams across the different business divisions to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Key Account & Partnership Management: Build high-level relationships with B2B clients, clinic partners, and premium retail customers.
  • Executive Reporting: Track overall sales performance, analyze market trends, and report directly to the COO and CEO.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in a management role, preferably in Beauty Care, clinic, or service business.
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  •  Good understanding of operations, customer service, and performance management.
  •  Ability to analyze business results and make practical decisions to improve outcomes.
  •  Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  •  Experience handling staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative processes.
  •  Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
