Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and team motivation to maximize sales performance and uphold the brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.
  • Monitor daily sales operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and customer negotiation processes.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Aftersales, and Finance teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and forecast sales performance.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and professional standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales management or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Good command of English (Khmer and/or other languages is a plus).
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM system).
