  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales or business development is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation are preferred.
