Sales & Revenue Generation• Social media: Convert leads from Digital Marketing Team to revenue• Car Clubs: Stand-by to assist, guidance, educate on car care/paint knowledge/ car new technology, etc… build relationships for sales conversion• Group & Subsidiary: Build strong relationships, seeking cross sales opportunities, incentives programs, etc.• Existing Customer: Identify opportunities for upselling while maintaining customer trust.• Promote additional services when appropriate (detailing, paint protection, accessories).• Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals set by management.Customer Interaction & Consultation• Greet customers professionally and assess their repair needs.• Explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs clearly.• Provide guidance on service options and make recommendations.• Answer customer questions about repairs, insurance claims, and warranties.• Seeking networking events opportunitiesInsurance & Claims Coordination• Communicate with insurance, adjusters to facilitate claim approvals.• Submit estimates and documentation for insurance review.• Track claim status and provide updates to customers.Customer Follow-Up, Delivery & Report Tracking• Notify customers repair progress & when vehicles are ready for pickup.• Walk customers through completed repairs and ensure satisfaction.• Address complaints or issues promptly and professionally• Tracking all customer report, analyze what can do better and sales opportunitiesCustomer Follow-Up, Delivery & Report Tracking• Support in onboarding & Activate more business partners, insurance, car club, commercial clients.

Job Requirements
- Knowledge: Sales & Marketing, Auto body repair processes and terminology, Insurance claim procedures and coverage types, Customer service principles and conflict resolution.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal, Strong sales and negotiation, sttention to detail for inspections and estimates, proficiency with computer systems, ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously, problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Experience: Previous experience in auto body repair sales, automotive customer service, or insurance coordination.
- Min. 3 years on sales carreers and achievement succcess story.
